Agent sent me the wrong color despite me specifying my orders properly. When I complained, his suggestion is for me to buy again. What kind of service is this? the customer pays for the agent’s mistake!

the first set of orders, the agent sent me the wrong color, even if I specified that I ordered amber color. when I complained, he made me spend for another set, promising he will give me 2 bulbs extra to compensate. I even had to negotiate the shipping fee as he wanted me to pay for the shipping for his own mistake! saying they don’t wanna lose too much money on this, ON HIS OWN MISTAKE BTW. now the new sets arrived and he only gave me 4 pcs and not 6! terrible service, too bad because the product is great. this was a re order and I previously purchased from the same company under a different agent, who did a wonderful service back then
